How does your service stand out?
It is my personal goal as a professional chef and catering company owner to not just meet, but to exceed the expectations of the customer. I believe in the philosophy that “We cater to your desire”. At Three Little Kitchens we take the time to go over all of our menu, decorative, display, catering services, and venue options to provide you a full turnkey service. In addition we provide complimentary tastings for our clients to guarantee our quality. Over the past 17 years as a licensed and insured/bonded catering company we have perfected our full service catering business. We offer services that range from your simple down home backyard barbecue to your exquisite sit down executive dinner. There is nothing to big or small that we cannot handle.

What do you enjoy about the work you do?
Being an executive chef has always been my passion. And when you are passionate about and love what you do it is not work. It has been great to travel all over the world to hone my craft, and to meet many interesting people and food lovers alike. However, I get the most enjoyment from the simple thank you that I receive after I’ve finished catering an event.
